U&US are a digital communications company with an extended creative and technical network of freelancers and partner companies.
The brief was to conceive an imaginary world to represent the company's ethos. The world creates a device allowing illustrations to be U&US styled or themed rather than using specific elements to describe the brand.
The world is a fantastical fairy tale place, populated by talking plants, conscious landscapes and imaginary animals. Everyone working at the company has their own part of the world; each director's business card has a different environment illustration, much in the vein of computer game levels or story book chapters. The animated web illustrations are based all around the same concept, to give the company a personality.
