?Whatif! sought to procure a new global website and brochure to promote the work of ?Whatif!. The commissioned design agency Kdzines approached Owen to develop concepts, illustration and animation.

Owen produced a landscape illustration in Flash as an environment to contain rotascoped animations of ?Whatif! employees. These animations were also formed by Owen.
Later he was hired again to make a replacement Flash animation for the front page of the website to promote the launch of ?Whatif!'s new Shanghai office.
